Apprenticeship – Germany

Apprenticeship is a skills education system for jobs that require special skills. Apprenticeship or Ausbildung is more practice-oriented and does not award academic degrees. At the time of practice, an Azubi (the name for people who follow Ausbildung) must work between 3-4 days a week in a company and the rest 8-12 hours a week studying theory at the Berufschule.

Therefore, Azubi will get income every month. We work with an institution in Germany called Ausbildung&Leben in Deutschland initiated by Wolfgang Nickel. The majors offered are Restaurantfachmann/Restaurantfachfrau (restaurant), Koch (chef), Büromanagement (office management), Altenpfleger/in (elderly nurse) und Hotelfachman/Hotelfachfrau (hospitality).

Through this collaboration, Indonesian students have the opportunity to participate in the Ausbildung program and receive guarantees in the form of plane tickets from Jakarta to Germany, health insurance, housing, meals, and an allowance of 450€ to 850€ months.

Requirement’s

In general, the requirements to join the German program is 18 – 30 years old, single or unmarried, having a German language certificate at least B1 level but it is recommended that you have a B2 level certificate.

  • You must have a valid passport
  • Complete the required documents such as the latest diploma and CV translated into German
  • Write a motivation letter in German
  • Attach photos – photos of documentation during the previous internship
  • German language min B1 – B2

Pocket money – Monthly

  • Internship paid 450€ to 850€ per Month

Placement rules and regulations, including location, hours of work, and remuneration or allowances may vary. This is regulated by the company (Trager) where you do your Asubildung in Germany.
